  • Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

    If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update the address. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can catch it before dispatch.
  • Do you offer express or expedited U.S. shipping?

    Yes! At checkout, you can choose expedited shipping for faster delivery. We partner with leading carriers to make sure urgent orders are prioritized.
  • Do you ship internationally?

    At the moment, we ship within the United States only. We’re expanding soon, but for now all orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse to U.S. addresses.
  • Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

    Yes, we can ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Delivery may take slightly longer, depending on the  carrier and destination.
  • How do I track my order?

    You’ll automatically receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched. Click the link in your email or SMS to see real-time updates.
  • How long does delivery take?

    Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on location. You’ll get updates once your parcel ships so you can track it in real time.
  • What carriers do you use?

    We typically use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for U.S. orders and trusted partners for international deliveries to ensure fast, reliable service.
  • What happens if my order is delayed or lost in transit?

    If your tracking hasn’t updated or the parcel appears lost, our support team will step in to trace or replace it quickly at no cost to you.
  • Where do you ship from?

    We ship directly from our U.S. warehouse for most orders. Some products or restocks may dispatch from our international facility to ensure availability.
  • Where is my order?

    Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow it every step of the way. If it’s been a few days and you haven’t received tracking yet, don’t worry — your order is still being prepared and will be on its way soon.
